My soul is masochistic
because it wakes me up at 1:30AM every morning and tells me to look at my watch. without glasses I can barely make out the time in the green glow. I feel some weird sense of relief because I realize I can go back to sleep. and I do. but then it wakes me up again at 2:40 when I tell myself that trying to go back to sleep is futile because that would take 10 minutes to get 10 minutes before the alarm went off and sometimes the alarm goes of at 3:50 anyway.
