I'm a mess.
I was at work having chest pains when my left arm started going numb. YOU'RE worried? Local doctor says it's chest wall stuff. MY doctor hooked me up and the EKG says everything is okay. He sets me up with the nuclear stress test. I read the info. So now, not only do I have to worry about Iran enriching uranium, I have to forgo ALL caffeine for a 24 to 48 hour period before the test. THAT is going to kill me. My hand is pemanently stained red because I have a coke in my hand so often.
I really had to make sure that was spelled right.
So calm down now because I'm getting it all checked out. I got my lipitor prescription refilled and a big bottle of one-a-day "baby" aspirin.
I sense a diet soon.
Just kill me now.

You'll be all better in no time. I'm sure of it! :) Be sure to play it really sick at home and get all that extra special attention from wife and kids!!
I have been told to remember that it is not a diet, it is a change of lifestyle. Like that's supposed to help. It's a diet.
